 Not a driver myself, sadly, so I'm not in the know but the BBC is running as fact this headline on Radio and TV, I guess, (Again being a modern day ludite, - no 'boob tube').

But the lady at 'Which-Car' magazine tends to infer that maybe people are looking at lower fuel consumption vehicles, - by inference of what she says, ie that their website was up by 1.8 million visitors this year on the previous. So it's either ex-motorists ogling & drooling at 4-wheelers they can't own, or there is a genuine trend.

But this report seals the fate of those alleged 1.3 Million ex-motorists, now condemned to bus seats, CCTV monitors, and stupid fat ugly passengers in the next seat. Duh!
