Psyllium Husks, — 1 level Tablespoon taken with a load of water one hour before a meal or not sooner than 3 hrs after a meal. This rough fibre gives the mucus that starts to line your intestine a hard rubbing and helps to remove it in your stool. And be prepared to visit the little boy/girl's room more often!
