I really can't seem to make much sense of tonight's episode of Brad Meltzer's Decoded on the History Channel.
His crew said the CIA, which originated in the merger of several Second World War-era agencies, and which has notoriously served the Bankster Class in the ultra-foul manner with which we are all familiar, is the proper spiritual heir of the Revolutionary War Culper Spy Ring, which consisted of ordinary Americans risking their lives to secure the liberty of others. But, at the end, although he praises the Department of Homeland Security (
), he also points out the fact that the Culper Spy Ring were ordinary people risking their lives in order to accomplish an incredible task, and he points to the Culper Spy Ring as an example of the massive force the common person is capable of exerting upon history.
I really can't figure out whether this guy is one of us or not.
