Jones describes the person as pure satanic evil ... (from his current pictures) whereas the shots in this clip and elsewhere of the man as a kid show him as a frodo like character, innocent and sweet, and to quote the words of the sheriff, "We need to do some soul-searching, [...] because this America has not become the nice america we grew up in" or words to that effect.
You need to do some soul-searching for sure, and as individuals, what say Bad-Penny!?
I'm sure there are meanwhile numerous agencies all ready to take up the offer of 'soul-searching' in order to find what's wrong at the heart of your young alientated america.
And I wonder that if under the 'current climate', they should get on with it, as soon as possible.
