Julia Gillard reaches out to independents as hung parliament looms

UP to 80,000 uncounted votes in four seats will determine which of the two major parties forms a minority government in what looks like to be Australia's first hung parliament in 60 years.

If the numbers fall Labor's way, Prime Minister Julia Gillard will be in a position to form a government with the support of Greens MP Adam Bandt and one of four independents - Rob Oakeshott, Tony Windsor, Bob Katter and possibly Andrew Wilkie.

There also is a possibility Opposition Leader Tony Abbott could form a minority Coalition government with the support of at least three independents.

A coalition of Labor and the Greens would mean Carbon Tyranny, Mining Tax Hell and a further push to the left!

Yea was worried that the Green Party is the agenda.

In the UK we also had a 'freak' hung parliament ...
They also sneaked in the first Green MP at Brighton...
I suspected voting fraud for the Green to get elected

Hmm, If I was a "Conspiracy Theorist" I might think that a bit suspicious. I mean Australia's election following a similar pattern to the UK's.

One miracle result that gets the Green Party into parliament, followed by a second result that gets the Green Party into power...

Sounds like one massive coincidence...

Feel free to call me "Conspiracy Theorist" !  Grin

They have to have Cap'n'trade, its a must be i believe, especially in Australia, the most indoctrinated western country in the world.Once done here they can sell it to the world(as usual).Everythings in place, ready to go-they just need the legislation.Once they get, it will move so fast ,your head will spin.Eco-nazi's,garbage checks, home inspections, you will have to buy this, you will have to drive that, you can't go there.Australians good nature's, for a fairness and equality  is being channelled into the new GREATEST religion ever. They will have green volunteer groups for grannies and single dads' with problems, tree hugging for alcoholics, everything will evolve around it.An associate of mine is an energy orditor for business's and he said when he goes to the business's ,they grovel at his feet, hoping he won't find something-like a health inspector for resturants.

The  election will result in the queens bidding.God hating, fabian socialists & the greens.
