The Royal Navy’s website has been suspended after it was broken into by a Romanian hacker.

The hi-tech vandal, known only by his alias TinKode, published details online of the information he recovered from the site, including the user names and passwords of the site’s administrators.

The Navy confirmed the website had been hacked, but stressed that no classified information had been accessed or disclosed.
