A scary patent indeed. But my extremely limited understanding of patents, inventions and manufacturing law makes me wonder: Just because some offspring of a Californian Homesteader straight off the Boseman Trail of Wild-West antics goes ahead and designs some concept and takes out a patent on it, in no way means that it is either used or legal or both!? But is my Naiveté shining through and perhaps I'm exhibiting communist leanings by no demonstrating enough belief in the dream, to appreciate the beauty of the freedom to do anything to anybody and any goddamned time you like?

Another solution watch old Videos, they probably don't contain the highly unlikely 0.5Hz & 2.4Hz embedded pulsings in luminosity, and they may stimulate imaginative or even a little critical thinking and thereby help relief you from disturbing dreams, - by using up the brain's imagination centre before going to sleep.
