Ans: 3) Start campaigning by whatever means available to have them stop being let off in court from prison sentences after 'house break-ins' or 'theft with violence' and voice an opinion that actually these people will never change unless their 'criminal behaviour is modified, permanently'.

The Age Old and Pre-Globalisation argument that "these people's behaviour is only aggravated when in prison" has served it's purpose. But it has produced little or no fruit.

A "Leopard never changes is spots" holds. And unless really close cutting to the bone 'behavioural and belief system management' is applied to these criminal mindsets, bred on their Afghani supplied Addiction to Street Junk, things may in time go from worse, to far worse.

Who's to benefit? Only the huge new factories of Social Services offices with their rehabilitation in the community departments. Do they campaign to have junkies not sent to prison, so as they may volunteer their professional rehab services? They will only pamper the junky, feeding them Methadone and a full benefits system luxury lifestyle of arrogance with ample money to spend on getting drunk, instead of using that money on Anthrax poisoned (as a discouragement) Street Junk. And we have public information warning signs up about that danger, for the junkie.

So wake the feck up and stop behaving like a junkie yourself. At least 90% of people will go along with whatever they are presented with as reality. Well reality is about to change big time. So you could no doubt sleep through that big transformation too.

Ans: 4) Stop being a bystanding critic and go back to helping junkies carry out their next attack by turning a blind-eye or encouraging their wacked off attitudes.
