Radio Four this morning, and the Humphrey’s Show, 6.30 or 7.00am. The News announcing that the German Economy was leading economic recovery in EU with the growth rate of 1.5%.

On the Eleven O’clock Radio Four News, just past, this headline was read to the Nation:

“The German Economy showed the slowest rate of Growth so far this year, the effect being to drag neighbouring economies down with it”

(– words close and to that precise effect.)

This is what is called feeding the public ‘Cognitive Dissonance’, which is when completely conflicting ideas are given to a person. Supposedly some people react to this Dissonance in a required manner, me, I just turn off the radio and discard everything I heard to the Circular File in my head.

Ah, so that’s the required effect:  If not confusion then, — Apathy!!!!

Then we won’t notice the Germans coming this second time, as they promised at Nuremberg.
