Dear Mr. Hadik, cc (&bcc) a long list of friends.
Thank you for your note. I am familiar with the decision you made, and now fear the consequences that follow.

I don’t like mincing words. I am completely shattered by what you have done, and feel betrayed and nauseated by the odour of corruption surrounding the BT/Phorm affair.
There was clearly no substantive investigation of these crimes. For example…
in the two and half years it took you to publish your decision, I gather  Steven Mainwaring (who had ample documentary evidence) was never interviewed once by the Police. Certainly no one spoke to me, or anyone else that I’m aware.
Meanwhile the cost, in terms of time, expense, & stress has been immense. Conservatively, I would estimate it has cost me around £20,000 in expenses and lost income.
As you know, during that time, my post (and presumably  other methods of communications too) were being routinely intercepted by the  Security Services too, including mail from you.
During that time myself and friends put our careers on hold, even in jeopardy, hoping the CPS would have the independence and integrity to act robustly against these criminals. And you utterly failed us.
In effect; you have now given BT (and every other UK ISP) a green light to thieve our livelihood through industrial espionage, intercept and sell our private/confidential personal and commercial communications without consent, and even covertly divulge the content of private/confidential UK communications to Russian/Turkish/Chinese/American organised crime… with complete impunity.
How can that possibly be in the national interest? Never mind the public interest. I don’t follow your reasoning at all.
At the very least, I would expect to see Ian Livingston/Michael Rake disqualified from acting as UK company directors for their treachery, > > particularly removed from positions such as BT Chief Executive/Chairman.
So, what next? You’ll be delighted to hear I’ve presently got a complaint outstanding with Avon and Somerset Police concerning similar on-going illegal interception involving Bluecoat/Vodafone. At some point, I have no doubt, I will be writing to the DPP asking permission to bring a private  prosecution. But this time, with much diminished confidence in the integrity of the CPS Complex Casework team.
And then? It is time to switch focus. If the CPS, Police, and Government regulators cannot be trusted to enforce basic communications law, my colleagues in the IT industry (globally and domestically) need to adopt blanket communication encryption for all UK telecommunications. (I believe  the CIA refer to this scenario as ‘Going Dark’, because of the consequences for lawful interception).
Back in February 2009, I received an email from Paul Vigay (below). Sadly Paul went missing hours later, and washed up on the beach in Southsea, drowned. He told me he was looking forward to meeting me at the House of Lords (with Sir Tim Berners Lee) in the hours before he died. I often wonder whether that short email might have cost him his life.
You might also be familiar with the alleged murder of Costas Tsalikides (see link below). He was Vodafone's network planning manager in Greece. He was found hanging in his apartment days after exposing an covert espionage scandal, not unlike the Vodafone/Bluecoat case here in the UK.
Have you been following the circumstances surrounding the recent death of Gareth Williams? I have.
Williams was seemingly murdered, dumped in a bath, and then subjected to a comprehensive character assassination by Rupert Murdoch for good measure. Reportedly Williams work for GCHQ/MI6 involved gathering intelligence about Russian, Turkish, and Chinese gangs. Which is an amazing co-incidence ,because XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is Turkish, and closely connected to Russian and Chinese organised crime too. Yet the Police & CPS are seemingly incapable of resolving the circumstances of Williams death, despite the corpse being found dumped in an MI6 ‘safe house’.
So, I’ll admit, I am very concerned about my safety, and as a result I have  taken extraordinary precautions over the past 3 years. For example, I don’t carry a mobile phone anymore because I cannot trust BT, TalkTalk, Vodafone, or Avon and Somerset Police. I hope, if indeed I am found murdered by a Freemason, or a Russian/Chinese/Turkish organised crime gang, you might find a more convincing explanation than ‘suicide’. And I’d be most grateful, posthumously, if you would investigate more thoroughly than you did the BT/Phorm affair.
Fingers crossed I hope my family will get the opportunity to emigrate to a free & democratic society before that event happens.
Regards

Dear Mr XXXXXXXX,
I am sorry that I overlooked this email from you, especially as you have been one of my regular correspondents about this matter.
The question of the time taken to make the decision in this case has been  addressed in earlier communications.
I am sure you know what decision was made but as a matter of courtesy I attach a copy of the CPS press release, in case you did not see it earlier. Yours sincerely,
Andrew Hadik
